Natural seagrass has a subtle fragrance similar to hay as well as other grass varieties; this scent will dissipate over time. We recommend you to treat the product with teak oil or a waterbase finish to increase its lifetime. Colour variations are inherent in the natural plant fibres used in our seagrass collection.
